Dixie Whatley's work is in collections around the world, including that of music legend Eric Clapton. Her art springs from a varied life. Her visual and creative experiences include illustration and photography for the Los Angeles Times,  host and correspondent for the international TV show, "Entertainment Tonight", study of the arts of ancient cultures, and extensive worldwide travel. She does weekly radio film reviews and guests on TV, but now devotes most of her time photography and to stone sculpture, her first love.
